Dr. sc. Thomas-M. Sonntag, born in 1970 and manager at Dr. Mühlen GmbH & Co. KG since 2001, is head of the gasifier test plant Blue Tower, Herten. He received his Master degree in chemical engineering in 1995 and his PhD degree in chemistry from the PennState University in 1997. Since 1997, he has been working on the development of waste gasification technologies. He is a specialist in physical chemistry, radiochemistry and environmental sciences.
